This is a stunning, British made fireside companion set, made out of a shiny silver-tone metal. The stand is in the shape of a large horseshoe, with hangers for a poker, tongs, pan and brush (two items at the front and two at the back). The top of each item echoes the design of the stand, with a small horseshoe at the top. The set shows signs of wear, and age, but I have cleaned it, and it came up very nicely with some silver polish. Dimensions: The stand is 15 1/2" high, 9 3/4" wide and the base is 5 1/4" in diameter. Each tool is 10"-11" in length. The set will come well-wrapped and boxed for safe transit.
