The Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 418 Regular condenser Heat-Only Gas Boiler is a high-efficiency residential boiler designed for wall mounting. This boiler is for central heating system only. IT IS NOT A COMBI BOILER, THIS MEANS IT DOES NOT GIVE HOT WATER TO TAPS, IT IS A BOILER ONLY. This was in full working order when removed in October, it was given a routine service in August. Reason for removal was an extension to the house needing more radiators, relocation of boiler for new kitchen and then combi fitted. Comes with wall bracket and flue, however I am not sure if flue is complete, if not they are easily obtained and cheap.
