Seller refurbished item. This like many others of this type has suffered from minor cracks around cable entry point . The cracks have been repaired with superglue and the actuator body encased in a heat shrink collar. See photographs. The actuator has been tested and is in full functional order. New replacement equivalent actuators ( Uponor 24 NC M30 x 1.5 BR24) retail at over around £60 so this item could enable a functional repair to be made at much lower cost.
