Any limiting factors such as dado rails, gas pipes, wall mounted TV's etc. The height & width of any existing opening if it is an open grate or wood burner. Standard size opening 34.5?. wide x 35?. high, this will fit most standard 'off the shelf' fires with back plate marble/cast insert & hearth.
