I bought this radiator in March 2025, after buying the same model in January 2025 and it warmed a medium-sized sitting room up with ease - I was particularly pleased about its compact design which fit perfectly under my sofa.

Unfortunately, it stopped working in January 26th, so I wrote to Pro Breeze and requested their assistance. However, due to not having the product code handy, they refused to investigate the issue despite my polite request. Furthermore, after another radiator of similar model broke a few months later, Pro Breeze advised me that any subsequent purchases from them would be considered defective.

Given the two faulty models I've purchased from January 2025 and their respective breakdowns - one developed a leak in its bottom section, leading to an unsightly puddle of water - I believe it's safe to say that inferior components were used. Consequently, my experience with Pro Breeze has been marred by poor after-sales service.

It pains me to advise others to avoid this product due to the numerous issues and subpar performance I've encountered since purchasing two identical models in January 2025, so I'd caution against buying from them unless you're willing to take on the risk of further disappointment.

I purchased Pro Breeze heater to heat just one room, rather than my entire home. I was impressed by the product's performance and chose to upgrade from our existing bladeless fan. This new heater exceeded expectations - its sleek design looks great in any setting.

When it comes to operating this unit, there were a couple of minor hiccups to navigate. You need to reconnect the app when unplugging the device, but it takes only a few seconds. Once connected, you can adjust settings via the timer for optimal efficiency. The Pro Breeze heater heats up quickly and effectively.

In terms of running costs, I was pleasantly surprised - 30p per hour is an excellent value. When set on 21 degrees, this unit lasts just over an hour to reach its desired temperature. A simple remote control lets me manage the heating settings remotely. Overall, this product is fantastic - I've been impressed with both its performance and ease of use.

I did notice that my existing Echo device wasn't fully compatible, but a quick setup allowed for seamless integration.
