For Sale: Used, Fully Working Honeywell CM707 Programmable Room Thermostat Hard-wired, 24V–230V. batteries not included. The thermostat is in full working order. There are some marks on the top sides of the unit, as shown in the pictures. It appears that a person may not have known how to remove the unit from the back plate properly, which has resulted in the marks shown. Hence, the price has been reduced accordingly.
