Solid heavy brass fireside tools consisting of a shovel and tongs. These are proper chunky, thick brass pieces with good weight to them – not the lightweight or flimsy decorative type often seen. Suitable for real use as well as display beside a fireplace. Vintage items showing age-related wear, surface marks and patina consistent with use.
