I’ve had it on for half hour can’t feel much heat it’s does heat around the back slightly never used one of these before but I would expect it to heat up more , looks lovely lights with the flame etc , good quality all round . May be a quick fix for some one or just a feature . Or may be I’m just using it wrong .
