Fastwarm underfloor heat mat. Coverage is 6 meters squared at 150w per square meter, 900w total power. This item is brand new and sealed in origional packaging. Photos show the resistance test and insulation tests are good. The mat was purchased in error and was left over from my building project. Fastwarm heat mats are very high quality and I have been impressed with how thin the cables are and how quickly they heat up. The RRP for this item is £259.
