This fireplace is in perfect condition and ost £275 last year. it has new appearance and is working fully. There is only one problem with the fire which is that the bulb went and I replaced it with one that I had already but it doesn't have the proper effect and it needs replaced with the right type which costs only four pounds but I have jeft that for the buyer to sort out for themselves. The price I'm asking is a very reasonable price considering that it is in almost new condition at slightly more than a quarter of the price new.
