Note: If no mist is produced or if the fire goes out after 30 seconds, the transducer may need to be replaced. There are several other components that can also cause insufficient mist or premature shutdown - such as a faulty sump fan unit, buildup of calcium deposits, insufficient/incorrect water level in the tank, faulty lights, damaged mist nozzles, or improperly installed sensors.
The sensor has an approximate lifetime of 1000 hours. Replacement discs and/or removal tools must be purchased separately. Spare discs are not included. High quality, fully compatible replacement/spare parts.
