I bought this cabinet heater several weeks ago, and after assembly, I fitted the gas bottle - a straightforward process that usually goes smoothly. However, my experience was marred by a faulty design flaw when I tried moving it on a laminate floor. Unfortunately, one of the castors collapsed under the weight of the 14kg gas bottle, leaving the whole thing leaning forward. The metal base of the cabinet heater proved to be flimsy, buckling under the additional load. To address this issue, I've taken steps to reinforce the cabinet's frame by adding a metal strip that passes through the castors and supports the underside of the cabinet body. Despite initial reservations about purchasing a cabinet heater without a set of castor adapters, my decision has proven disastrous for me.

The pilot light has never stayed on, not even remotely. Since I got it, it's been non-functional since the very first day. The numerous negative reviews from previous customers should have told me otherwise but I foolishly ignored them.

I'm astonished that a company like this is still permitted to be sold here. What an astonishingly poor product, despite all the warnings and negative feedback, it seems no one cares.

I couldn't be bothered with the time-consuming and expensive process of trying to get my money back. Apparently, they don't want any contact from dissatisfied customers, which makes sense considering how this company handles issues.

The return process was incredibly frustrating, and I'm still waiting for a resolution that's not satisfactory. As someone who has learned a valuable lesson the hard way, £80 is nothing to me if it means avoiding companies like this.

I haven't had a chance to use this product yet, but the picture on the website has been misleading, suggesting it includes a gas bottle when I actually don't have one ordered with my purchase. The accompanying images of the heater and hose are also quite vague - do they really come in this package?
