This is a hand-forged fire poker (with a similarly forged hook), made in Devon and purchased from a shop in Ashburton; it is hand-forged by a local artisan. It's a lovely bit of kit and is new/unused. It measures 470mm in length and has an 'eyed' design (with a hook made by the same craftsman). Reason for selling: purchased before Christmas as a gift, which was not ultimately given.
